- A cost effective package that engages a qualified small business, or Protégé, while ensuring proper execution of all contract requirements no matter how demanding the scope or difficult the schedule to the Prime Contractor and Owner.
- An equal opportunity for a Protégé to participate on a project otherwise closed to them under the close guidance of an established subcontractor.
